The Media Definition of the media: The means of communication, as radio and television, newspapers, magazines, and the Internet, that reach or influence people widely. People use media to get the message across, both facts and opionions. What do you read about in the media? News? Articles? Comics? Sports? Opinions? Many teenagers multitask. Their rooms have changed into multimedia centres where they do their homework, talk on the phone, snapcat friends and surf on the web. Many people mean that it cannot be good, because teenagers' attention is split into many segments. Others mean that teenagers today are more efficient than earlier, due to the use of media.
